You see, I am used to the programs that cost anywhere from $80-$300 per month to join.  The potential payouts are quite lucrative in these programs, but most people are not that savvy when it comes to bringing in new team members.  So, does the monthly expenses for an MLM business really matter?

I think it is common sense that if a program is cheaper, and has a decent payout associated with it, then a person should be able to sign up more members than the more expensive programs.  This proved to be true because when I first mentioned this low cost MLM, I had signed up nearly 100 people in less than a month period.  Compare that with a signup rate of 10-20 people per month in the other programs.  What also happened was that the people I signed up were also able to recruit others onto their teams!  Afterall, there really are no financial decisions to make when the Cheap MLM is only $5 a month.

Greetings My Harvest America Team, I hope that each of you had a wonderful Easter weekend and enjoyed your time with family, friends and loved ones.  I want to apologize about last night’s Team Call, there was some sort of a “glitch” in the Free Conference Call System, when I dialed in I could not hear you and obviously, you could not hear me.  I will get this problem rectified this week and we will be back LIVE this coming Sunday, April 11th.  Here are a couple of updates that I had planned to share last night.
 
1. The Warehouse and Facilitation Center is really making great strides in getting caught up with the hundreds of “back-logged” orders.  Shipping has been taking about 25 days to package and ship orders causing delivery times to be at 30-35 days and of course, this will never be acceptable.  The new My Harvest America Management Team has been “in control” of day to day operations now for one week and already the difference is staring to show!  It is estimated that within 30-60 days we will see all orders received packaged and shipped within a one week window which should interpret to a 14-15 day delivery time to your front door.  This will be awesome.
 
2. Received an update from Robin and Greg at Harvest Sales Center and they will begin fulfillment on our Harvest Sales Center Guaranteed Enrollments this week!  They had some minor software and system glitches last week but it appears that they are all ready to get into full swing this week, another great piece of news.
 
Let’s really start to jump on the MHA bandwagon this week.  People by the hundreds are looking for two things today: (1) Savings and (2) Additional Income and we offer both.   Dear friends, I assure you that no other home business offers these two things except My Harvest America, do we all really get this fact?  Hope so.
 
Lets have an amazing week together and press in hard in the next three months before many will be traveling on vacation, lets seize the opportunity and run hard.

Happy Easter My Harvest America Team, He has Risen!  Thank heavens that my many sins, past, present and future have been forgiven and covered by the precious blood of my Savior, Jesus Christ!

Great update from CEO Fred Weih yesterday.  The new management is absolutely thriving at the distribution facility and this is only their first full week in charge!  It is expected by next month that everything will be caught up and the “target” delivery times will begin to decrease dramatically.

Network Marketing companies choose to give it’s independent distributors payouts through their pay plans rather than advertise their products via radio, television, newspaper – or any other traditional media sources.  So it goes to show that the more people that are consuming the product or service of the company, the more money you will make if it was you that did the work to build this large team.

Many people need to understand that most pay plans are fair in that it is not always the top person that makes all the money.  If you look at the corporate structure with tradional businesses, the top person most likely will always be earning the most.  So, the Networking MLM model is actually fairer in the aspect that anyone who joins an opportunity can get paid according to the work they do!

Although it’s nice to bring in a ton of people all by yourself, it’s not called “me working”, it’s called “networking”.  In other words, if everyone does their part and recruits 2-3 people each, you will have duplication happening within your group and can experience exponential growth.  Most of the professional networkers today will put 20-50 people into their organization and then have those people do the same.

If you have no idea of how to recruit, then I encourage you to use the course that I used to bring in 1000 Paid members into my group in a relatively short amount of time.  When you consider that the network marketing industry statistics show that most people bring in 0-3 people over a six month period and then quit, that it is imperative to give your team value in a recruiting course that actually works!

There is so much garbage online that a person will become overwhelmed on what is legit and what is not.  I’m here to tell you that I found the answer when it comes to recruiting.  When you find yourself recruiting like a pro into your company, perhaps you can come onboard my company to realize your financial dreams.  The reason I say that is because not all networking MLMs are equal.

Just think if you could recruit 100s of people into your business each month, but then you also lose 75 people per month because they quit!  There really are some dynamics that come into play that you will need to consider to get into the big money that will pay you for decades to come.  All it takes is a little hard work upfront with the right advice, and then the magic happens.  You are now in a stable company that produces ever increasing paychecks every month!

I realize this article went all over the place, but that is one of my luxuries.  I can write about whatever I want, and don’t need to see if this is an “A” paper or not.  J  I would encourage you to follow me so that you can have success in this MLM industry.  If you are willing to learn how to recruit, then everything else is much easier when choosing the right fit for you and your family!

I’ve been in companies that pay out big bonuses for the one time sale, but then pay very little the next month.  I’ve also experienced too much hype because the product or service was basically worthless, and that results in people not staying in.

Since the name of the game with MLM companies is to recruit large teams into your organization and keep them in, then it really boils down to finding a solid company that will be around for years to come; a company that has value in what they are offering; and an organization that has a balanced pay plan that will provide residual income for those who build aggressively.

I did find one top MLM company that was the right fit for me and my family.  It is unique in that it actually has no competition, its product is something that people buy everyday, the cost of membership is very reasonable, and they are poised for tremendous growth – now and into the future! 

Recruiting into this company is also very natural.  You don’t have to have those awkward conversations with prospects telling them about the latest juice, vitamin, travel program, etc – because the company I’m in now offers name brand groceries for less!  Either your prospect wants to save on their current grocery bill or not.  This business offers actual name brand groceries for less – I know, it is quite amazing and that’s the reason for it’s early success.

Many people wonder if the MLM programs are legit.  Although there are some bad ones that pop up now and again, overall, 99% of what’s being offered online is legit.  The FTC will shutdown any opportunities or businesses that don’t meet stringent requirements.

You can go to http://npros.com/ to see a listing of over 1000 MLM programs that are in business.  They are old companies like Amway, Mary Kay, and Herbalife, as well as newer companies that are wanting to make a name for themselves.

My understanding of this MLM industry is that if you bring in enough people and have duplication going on within your team, it will only be a matter of time before you see financial success.  Since most of the MLM Programs are legit, it really is up to us to make things work out.  The biggest factor is whether or not a person can recruit enough people to produce a large team – therefore, creating financial freedom.

MLM programs work just fine – it’s the people that either succeed or fail.

Here are some questions I now ask myself before joining something that is full of hype, because when you honestly ask yourself these questions, then there is no more room for hype. 

• How is the competition
• What are the monthly fees to stay active in this Network Marketing company
• What are the dropout rates
• Does the MLM program offer guaranteed signups
• Is there value in the product or service
• Would I be afraid to tell my “momma” about this new business
• What is unique about this MLM
